Meat Lovers Heaven found at Dutch East Restaurant

IMG_2688

Meat Lovers will be in heaven at Dutch East Restaurant in Franschhoek, with the multitude of beef, pork, venison as well as poultry on the menu. There is a strong Dutch Eastern influence in each of these dishes, that will turn even the tamest tongue into a meat lover.

This family run and owned restaurant was established in 2010 and the menu is under the supervision of Chef Pasch Du Plooy

I’m not going to waffle on about the nuances of the flavours of all that I devoured. Instead, I invite you to visually relive my 4-course meal, each course paired with a well-balanced subtly flavoured wine:

Cappuccino

Rounded off nicely with a cappuccino in front of the roaring fire!

Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy eating meat as much as I do!
