Basically, OfLocal is a community-based platform that produces Top 10 best of lists as voted on by the members of the community.
How does it work?
You log into OfLocal with Facebook or LinkedIn, and then you can edit all the entries on the list and vote for your favourites. You may only vote once a week per entry. Each entry may contain a photo, short intro, website link and directions to the establishment.
